The Applicable Agent will make such Swingline Dollar Loans available to the U.S. Borrower by promptly crediting the amounts so received, in like funds, to the general deposit account of the U.S. Borrower with the Applicable Agent (or, in the case of a Swingline Dollar Borrowing made to finance the reimbursement of an L/C Disbursement as provided in Section 2.05(e), by remittance to the applicable Issuing Bank).
