Swingline Total Commitments definition

Swingline Total Commitments means the aggregate for the time being of the Swingline Commitments, being euro 1,000,000,000 at the date of this Agreement.
Swingline Total Commitments means the aggregate for the time being of the Swingline Commitments, being €1,800,000,000 at the date of this Agreement or as may be increased pursuant to paragraph (b) of Clause 2.8 (Additional Lenders) up to a maximum of €2,550,000,000.
Swingline Total Commitments means the US$ Swingline Total Commitments and the Euro Swingline Total Commitments.

Examples of Swingline Total Commitments in a sentence

  • In any such case, the Swingline Total Commitments shall, at the same time as the cancellation of the Total Commitments takes effect, be cancelled by such amount as is necessary to ensure that after the relevant cancellation of the Total Commitments the Swingline Total Commitments do not exceed the Total Commitments and the Swingline Commitment of each Swingline Lender does not exceed its Commitment.

  • No amount of the Total Commitments, (including the Swingline Total Commitments) cancelled under this Agreement may subsequently be reinstated.

  • The Commitment of each Bank (including the Swingline Commitment of each Swingline Bank) shall be automatically cancelled at the close of business in London (or, in the case of the U.S. Swingline Total Commitments, New York) on the Final Maturity Date.

  • If such Additional Lender so provides in the relevant Lender Accession Agreement, the Swingline Total Commitments shall be increased (subject to the Combined Swingline Commitments being a maximum of €2,550,000,000 plus US$10,000,000,000 (or its equivalent in euros calculated at the Agent’s Spot Rate of Exchange)) by the amount set out in the relevant Lender Accession Agreement as that Additional Lender’s Swingline Commitment.

  • If such Additional Lender so provides in the relevant Lender Accession Agreement, the Swingline Total Commitments shall be increased (subject to the Swingline Total Commitments being a maximum of U.S.$10,000,000,000) by the amount set out in the relevant Lender Accession Agreement as that Additional Lender’s Swingline Commitment.

  • If such Additional Lender so provides in the relevant Lender Accession Agreement, the Swingline Total Commitments shall be increased (subject to the Combined Swingline Commitments being a maximum of €2,550,000,000 plus US$7,500,000,000 (or its equivalent in euros calculated at the Agent’s Spot Rate of Exchange)) by the amount set out in the relevant Lender Accession Agreement as that Additional Lender’s Swingline Commitment.

More Definitions of Swingline Total Commitments

Swingline Total Commitments means the aggregate for the time being of the Swingline Commitments, being €1,800,000,000 at the date of this Agreement or as may be increased pursuant to paragraph (b) of Clause 2.8 (Additional Lenders) up to a maximum of €2,550,000,000. “TARGET Day” means a day on which the Trans European Automated Real Time Gross Settlement Express Transfer (TARGET) payment system which utilises a single shared platform and which was launched on 19 November 2007 and is open for the settlement of payments in euro.
Swingline Total Commitments means the aggregate for the time being of the Swingline Commitments, being U.S.$750,000,000 at the date of this Agreement. "TAX ON OVERALL NET INCOME" in relation to a Finance Party, means any tax on the overall net income, profits or gains of that Finance Party or any of its Holding Companies (or the overall net income, profits or gains of a division or branch of that Finance Party or any of its Holding Companies).

Related to Swingline Total Commitments

  • Total Commitments means the aggregate of the Commitments of all the Lenders.

  • Revolving Commitments means such commitments of all Lenders in the aggregate. The amount of each Lender’s Revolving Commitment, if any, is set forth on Appendix A or in the applicable Assignment Agreement, subject to any adjustment or reduction pursuant to the terms and conditions hereof. The aggregate amount of the Revolving Commitments as of the Closing Date is $500,000,000.

  • Revolving Loan Commitments means such commitments of all Lenders in the aggregate.

  • Total Revolving Commitments at any time, the aggregate amount of the Revolving Commitments then in effect.

  • Total Commitment means, at any time, the sum of the Commitments of each of the Lenders at such time.

  • Revolving Credit Commitments means the aggregate Revolving Credit Commitments of all of the Lenders.

  • Designated Revolving Commitments means the amount or amounts of any commitments to make loans or extend credit on a revolving basis to the Company or any of its Restricted Subsidiaries by any Person other than the Company or any of its Restricted Subsidiaries that has or have been designated (but only to the extent so designated) in an Officers’ Certificate delivered to the Trustee as “Designated Revolving Commitments” until such time as the Company subsequently delivers an Officers’ Certificate to the Trustee to the effect that the amount or amounts of such commitments shall no longer constitute “Designated Revolving Commitments.”

  • Total Facility A Commitments means the aggregate of the Facility A Commitments, being €300,000,000 at the date of this Agreement.

  • Total Facility B Commitments means the aggregate of the Facility B Commitments, being €30,000,000 at the date of this Agreement.

  • Total Revolving Credit Commitments at any time, the aggregate amount of the Revolving Credit Commitments then in effect.

  • Aggregate Revolving Commitments means the Revolving Commitments of all the Lenders. The amount of the Aggregate Revolving Commitments in effect on the Closing Date is SIX HUNDRED MILLION DOLLARS ($600,000,000).

  • Revolving Committed Amount shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(a).

  • Swingline Committed Amount means the amount of the Swingline Lender’s Swingline Commitment as specified in Section 2.4(a).

  • Other Revolving Commitments means one or more Classes of revolving credit commitments hereunder or extended Revolving Commitments that result from a Refinancing Amendment or a Loan Modification Agreement.

The amount of each Lender’s U.S. Revolving Commitment, if any, is set forth on Schedule 1.01(c) or in the applicable Assignment Agreement or Joinder Agreement, as applicable, subject to any adjustment or reduction pursuant to the terms and conditions hereof. The aggregate amount of the U.S. Revolving Commitments as of the Closing Date is $265,000,000.

  • Incremental Revolving Commitments has the meaning specified in Section 2.14(a).

  • Total Revolving Commitment means the sum of the Revolving Commitments of the Revolving Lenders as the same may be decreased pursuant to Section 2.12(c) or increased pursuant to Section 2.19. As of the Closing Date, the amount of the Total Revolving Commitment is $100,000,000.

  • Aggregate Revolving Credit Commitments means, at any time, the aggregate amount of the Revolving Credit Commitments of the Revolving Credit Lenders at such time.

  • Incremental Revolving Credit Commitments has the meaning set forth in Section 2.14(a).

  • Facility A Commitment means, in relation to a Facility A Lender, the amount set opposite its name in column 1 of part E of schedule 1 or, as the case may be, in any relevant Transfer Certificate, as amended by any relevant term of this Agreement;
