Swiss Federal Withholding Tax. (Verrechnungssteuer) means any Taxes levied pursuant to Swiss Federal Act on Withholding Tax (Bundesgesetz über die Verrechnungssteuer vbm 13. Oktober 1965, SR 642.21), as amended from time to time.
