Switch Service definition

Switch Service means service to exchange the damaged Covered Device with one of the same brand, model, specification or select similar model delivery door to door to the Insured.
Switch Service means provision of the Switch Platform with the Switch Modules which Customer has elected to receive, as set out in an Order Confirmation;
Switch Service means the use of the Switch Service Infrastructure to (i) un-encrypt Encrypted Data sent to the Free Subscriber; (ii) send Encrypted Data to a Paying Subscriber; and (ii) exercise limited rights to send Encrypted Data to non-Paying Subscribers as further set out in clause 5;

"Switched Access Service" means the offering of transmission and switching services to Interexchange Carriers for the purpose of the origination or termination of telephone toll service. Switched Access Services include: Feature Group A, Feature Group B, Feature Group D, 8XX access, and 900 access and their successors or similar Switched Access Services. "Switched Access Traffic" is traffic that originates at one of the Party's End User Customers and terminates at an IXC Point of Presence, or originates at an IXC Point of Presence and terminates at one of the Party's End User Customers, whether or not the traffic transits the other Party's network.

  • Video service means video programming, cable services, IPTV, or OVS provided through facilities located at least in part in the public rights-of-way without regard to delivery technology, including internet protocol technology. This definition does not include any video programming provided by a commercial mobile service provider defined in 47 USC 332(d) or provided solely as part of, and via, a service that enables users to access content, information, electronic mail, or other services offered over the public internet.

  • Cloud Service means any distinct, subscription-based, hosted, supported and operated on-demand solution provided by SAP under an Order Form.
