  • Subscription License Fee (a) Beginning on January 1st 2018, Verizon shall pay a monthly subscription fee for Subscribers, by type of Subscriber (based on such Subscriber being a Paid Subscriber or Free Subscriber in such month) and the “year” of the Initial Term as set forth in Table 4.2a below.

  • Free Subscriber shall comply with its obligations as a Data Controller under the Data Protection Legislation, including, without limitation ensuring that is has all necessary rights and permissions to authorise the processing of the Personal Data by Egress as contemplated in this Agreement.

  • The Free Subscriber shall keep the login(s) and password(s) confidential and secure.
