Sxxxxxx Group means Rxxxxxx X. Xxxxxxx Pxxxxx together with his parents, brothers, sisters, spouse, and any former spouses, and any lineal descendants and spouses or former spouses of any of the foregoing, any estate, guardian, custodian and other legal representative of any of the foregoing, and Persons (including any trust or similar legal entity) controlled by him or them.
