System Improvement Project definition

System Improvement Project means a material modification of the Transferred Works that creates Verified Additional Operational Capability in accordance with Section 13 of this Agreement.

Infrastructure improvements also include 1 or more of the following whether publicly or privately owned or operated or located on public or private property:

  • Minimum Improvements means the acquisition of land and construction of a 152-unit market rate residential apartment building, construction of a stormwater pond and related improvements. The Minimum Improvements are more fully depicted in Exhibit B, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein.

  • Tenant Improvements Defined in Exhibit B, if any.

  • Building Project means the aggregate combined parcel of land on a portion of which are the improvements of which the Premises form a part, with all the improvements thereon, said improvements being a part of the block and lot for tax purposes which are applicable to the aforesaid land.
