System Member means OHI.

System Member means any Task Force Member, JMT Member, Technical Spe- cialist, Support Specialist or Disaster Search Canine Team.

System Member means a person which has entered into or which has acceded to, the System Membership Agreement;

System Member in relation to a relevant system, means a person permitted by an operator to transfer title to uncertificated units of a security by means of that system and includes, where relevant, two or more persons who are jointly so permitted;

System Member means any and all individual members (as that term is defined by state law) of COAERS.

System Member means a facility or entity (such as an affiliated hospital, urgent care center, surgery center, foundation or other entity) that is part of the system.]COMMENT: System should be defined for hospitals that are part of a health system and desire to develop and implement cooperative credentialing and peer review among the health system entities. Throughout these Bylaws, enabling language authorizes such cooperative arrangements. Hospitals that are not part of a health system, or that do not wish to participate in such cooperative arrangements, should drop the italicized references throughout the Bylaws to the system-oriented provisions.

System Member means the same as in A.R.S. § 38-771.

System Member means a facility or entity that is part of the System, including Exempla Lutheran Medical Center, Exempla Saint Joseph Hospital, the Exempla Provider Network, Exempla Good Samaritan Medical Center, other hospitals affiliated with Exempla Healthcare, and the independent practice associations and entities that have joined with the System for purposes of engaging in joint credentialing, quality improvement, utilization management, corrective action, peer review and hearings, including those plans and independent practice associations identified as centralized peer review affiliates of the System in the Medical Staff Rules.
