Table Funded Trust Receipt definition

Table Funded Trust Receipt shall have the meaning given to such term in the Custodial Agreement.
Table Funded Trust Receipt means a Trust Receipt in the form of Exhibit 12 to the Custodial Agreement.

  • Table funding means a settlement at which a mortgage loan is funded by a contemporaneous advance of loan funds and an assignment of the loan to the person advancing the funds.
