Table of Rates definition

Table of Rates means the Table of Rates shown in Appendix D.
Table of Rates means the Table of Rates setting forth rates that have been fixed by Transporter or the National Energy Board to be imposed, observed and followed by Shipper.
Table of Rates means price list of the services provided by the system Keeper in connection with operation of the electronic toll system and it is available in the website of the system Keeper as well as in the Customer centre;

  • Note 4: The “Committed Shipper Rates” set forth in the Table of Rates are available to those shippers that entered into a TSA with Carrier during the open season held by Carrier beginning in June, 2012 or the supplemental open season held by Carrier beginning in July, 2014 and committed therein to ship the specified amount of Crude Petroleum per day (“Daily Volume Commitment”) from the Origin to the Destination specified above for a specified term (“Committed Shipper”).

  • Maximum Overloan Protection Charge Rates are shown in the Table of Rates, Section 2.

  • The aggregate of Customer’s Surcharges for a Billing Month shall be equal to the sum of all Surcharges set forth in the Table of Rates, Tolls and Charges applicable to each of Customer’s Schedules of Service under Rate Schedule CO2.

  • If the consumer requests the return of the post-dated cheque provided to the Essential Service Provider prior to its due date, he shall be billed for the amount specified in line 27 of Table of Rates 5.4-2.

  • The monthly cost of insurance rates will always be less than or equal to the Maximum Monthly Rates shown in the Table of Rates, Section 2 of the policy.

  • Schedule of Rates means the priced Schedule of Rates forming part of the tender [where applicable].

  • Table of Contents is deleted in its entirety and replaced with the attached “Table of Contents” (identified by “SA-12”).

  • Schedule of rates of Railway means the schedule of rates issued under the authority of the Chief Engineer from time to time and shall also include Rates specified in tender document.

  • Schedule of Rates of the Railway means the Schedule of Rates issued under the authority of the Chief Engineer from time to time.

  • Table means the table at the end of this §4a.

  • Table 2 means Table 2 of the Reporting ITS.

  • Prices & Rates Schedule means the Schedule containing details of the Contract Price.

  • Prime Referenced Rate means, for any day, a per annum interest rate which is equal to the Prime Rate in effect on such day, but in no event and at no time shall the Prime Referenced Rate be less than the sum of the Daily Adjusting LIBOR Rate for such day plus two and one-half percent (2.50%) per annum. If, at any time, Bank determines that it is unable to determine or ascertain the Daily Adjusting LIBOR Rate for any day, the Prime Referenced Rate for each such day shall be the Prime Rate in effect at such time, but not less than two and one-half percent (2.50%) per annum.

  • Terms of Reference (TORs) means the Terms of Reference that explains the objectives, scope of work, activities, and tasks to be performed, respective responsibilities of the Procuring Entity and the Consultant, and expected results and deliverables of the assignment.

  • FBF Definitions means the definitions set out in the June 2013 FBF Master Agreement relating to transactions on forward financial instruments as supplemented by the Technical Schedules (Additifs Techniques) as published by the Fédération Bancaire Française (together the FBF Master Agreement) as may be supplemented or amended as at the Issue Date.

  • Terms of Reference (TOR) means the document included in the RFP which explains the scope of work, activities and tasks to be performed.

  • Table 1 means Table 1 of the Reporting ITS.

  • Original Reference Rate means the originally-specified benchmark or screen rate (as applicable) used to determine the Rate of Interest (or any component part thereof) on the Notes.

  • Table E academic outcomes at receiving institution

  • Standard reference compendia means the American Medical Association Drug Evaluations, the

  • Headings mean the chapters and the headings (four-digit codes) used in the nomenclature which makes up the Harmonized Commodity Description and Coding System, referred to in this Protocol as "the Harmonized System" or "HS";

  • Hourly Rates means payment on the basis of hours of Contract Work as set out in the Criminal Remuneration Regulations;

  • Base Rate Margin has the meaning set forth in the definition of Applicable Margin.

  • Terms of Reference (TOR) means the document included in the RFP as Section 5 which explains the objectives, scope of work, activities, tasks to be performed, respective responsibilities of the Client and the Consultant, and expected results and deliverables of the assignment.

  • Table A means Table A in the First Schedule;

  • HICP Daily Inflation Reference Index means (A) in relation to the first day of any given month, the HICP Monthly Reference Index of the third month preceding such month, and (B) in relation to a day (D) (other than the first day) in any given month (M), the linear interpolation of the HICP Monthly Reference Index pertaining respectively to the third month preceding such month (M - 3) and the second month preceding such month (M - 2) calculated in accordance with the following formula:

  • Prime Rate Margin is one-quarter of one percent (0.25%).

  • SONIA Reference Rate means, in respect of any London Banking Day, a reference rate equal to the daily Sterling Overnight Index Average ("SONIA") rate for such London Banking Day as provided by the administrator of SONIA to authorised distributors and as then published on the Relevant Screen Page (or if the Relevant Screen Page is unavailable, as otherwise is published by such authorised distributors) on the London Banking Day immediately following such London Banking Day; and
