Target COD definition

Target COD has the meaning set forth in Section 1.2.
Target COD means the target Commercial Operation Date, which as of the Effective Date is June 30, 2018, subject to modification by SDG&E as provided in Section 6.3 (Project Schedule Revisions) of this DCOA.
Target COD shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.5(A).

Examples of Target COD in a sentence

  • Seller shall be in default under this PPA if the Facility fails to achieve COD by the Target COD (“COD Delay”).

  • Liquidated Delay Damages shall begin to accrue on the Day after the Target COD (as it may be extended due to Force Majeure) until the first to occur of COD or termination of this PPA pursuant to Section 12.2(C) below.

  • Seller shall have a cure period of 45 days for its failure to achieve Commercial Operation by the Target COD, provided, however, that if during such period Seller provides a written opinion from a mutually-agreeable independent engineer that COD can reasonably be achieved within an additional 45 Day period, then the cure period shall be 90 Days after the Target COD to achieve Commercial Operation.

  • If FM delays the commencement of construction or the occurrence of commercial operation, then the CC Longstop Date, Target COD, and COD Longstop Date will be extended for such reasonable period of delay directly resulting from such FM event.

  • The Authorized COD Extension date shall be twelve (12) months from the Target COD.


More Definitions of Target COD

Target COD means the target Commercial Operation Date, which as of the Effective Date is June 2012, subject to modification by SDG&E as provided in Section 6.3 (Project Schedule Revisions) of this DCA.
Target COD means June 30, 2021, which is the target date for attaining Commercial Operation, which date shall not be subject to adjustment except pursuant to Sections 11.1(g) and 12.1(b);
Target COD means June 1, 2001, as such date may be extended day-for-day due to Force Majeure Events as and to the extent permitted by Section 19 or for days covered by a Delay Book Out Charge pursuant to Section 3.3.3.
Target COD means the target Commercial Operation Date, which as of the Effective Date is projected to be between March of 2019 and March of 2020, subject to modification by SCE.
Target COD means December 1, 2019, which is the target date for attaining Commercial Operation, which date shall not be subject to adjustment except pursuant to Sections 11.1(g) and 12.1(b);
