Target Mechanical Completion Date definition

Target Mechanical Completion Date has the meaning set forth in Section 2.3(a).
Target Mechanical Completion Date means the date that is 640 calendar days from the Full Notice to Proceed, as such date may be adjusted by mutual agreement of the Parties.
Target Mechanical Completion Date means the date by which Contractor is targeting to achieve Mechanical Completion, being October 1, 2017, as may be adjusted only in accordance with the limited adjustment factors set forth in paragraph 1.2(a) below.

  • The Target Mechanical Completion Date shall be subject to extension on a day-for-day basis for each Day that the achievement of the Mechanical Completion Date is delayed by a Force Majeure Event.

More Definitions of Target Mechanical Completion Date

Target Mechanical Completion Date means (a) for Uxxx 0, the date that is **** (****) Days after the Commencement Date, and (b) for Uxxx 0, the date that is **** (****) Days after the Commencement Date, in each case, as such dates may be adjusted pursuant to this Agreement. The foregoing dates are premised upon the Base Target Substantial Completion Dates.

  • Mechanical Completion means that (a) all components and systems of the Project have been properly constructed, installed and functionally tested according to EPC Contract requirements in a safe and prudent manner that does not void any equipment or system warranties or violate any permits, approvals or Laws; (b) the Project is ready for testing and commissioning, as applicable; (c) Seller has provided written acceptance to the EPC Contractor of mechanical completion as that term is specifically defined in the EPC Contract.

  • Substantial Completion Date means the date on which Substantial Completion occurs.
