Target Regions definition

Target Regions has the meaning specified in Section 2.01 D.
Target Regions. The Unites States, Eastern Europe (Ukraine, Russia, and other member states of the Commonwealth of Independent States), and other jurisdictions as determined by the General Partner.
Target Regions means Shanxi Province, Neimenggu Autonomous Region, Jilin Province and Heilongjiang Province;

  • Rural health clinic means a rural health clinic as defined under section 1861 of part C of title XVIII of the social security act, chapter 531, 49 Stat. 620, 42 U.S.C. 1395x, and certified to participate in medicaid and medicare.

  • Mental health facility means a mental health facility as defined by the Inpatient Mental Health Treatment of Children Act;
