Eastern Europe means countries in Europe other than Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Republic of Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Liechtenstein, The Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, the United Kingdom (including the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man) and any other EU Member State rated “Aa2” or above by Moody’s and “AA” or above by S&P as at the Issue Date.
Eastern Europe. Means all the countries that have joined the EU since 1 May 2004 as well as the new official candidates for EU membership;
Eastern Europe means Europe other than Western Europe.
