Eastern Europe means countries in Europe other than Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Republic of Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Liechtenstein, The Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, the United Kingdom (including the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man) and any other EU Member State rated “Aa2” or above by Moody’s and “AA” or above by S&P as at the Issue Date.
