Target Reserve Amount definition

Target Reserve Amount means the sum of the Required Liberty DSCR Reserve Balance and the Required Amalgamated DSCR Reserve Balance.

More Definitions of Target Reserve Amount

Target Reserve Amount means the sum of the Required Liberty DSCR Reserve Balance, the Required Amalgamated DSCR Reserve Balance, and the Required CGB DSCR Reserve Balance.
Target Reserve Amount means, in respect of any Issuer Reserve Fund, the amount specified as such in the Reference Registry (which, for the avoidance of doubt, will not include any additional amount that may be credited to any Issuer Reserve Fund after the Effective Date pursuant to the terms of the Granite Transaction relating to such Issuer Reserve Fund) as determined by the Calculation Agent; provided that upon the occurrence of (i) a Credit Event in respect of any Reference Obligation relating to a Granite Transaction or (ii) a Final Distribution Date in respect of any Granite Transaction without the occurrence of a Credit Event, the Target Reserve Amount for the Issuer Reserve Fund in respect of such Granite Transaction shall, on the Credit Protection Payment Date on which such Credit Event is settled or as the case may be, such Final Distribution Date, be reduced to zero. On any date of determination, the "Aggregate Target Reserve Amount" shall be the sum of the Target Reserve Amounts of each Issuer Reserve Fund as at such date.

Related to Target Reserve Amount

  • Reserve Amount means, for any Payment Date, the amount of cash or other immediately available funds in the Reserve Account on that Payment Date, after giving effect to all deposits to and withdrawals from the Reserve Account on such Payment Date.

  • Requisite Reserve Amount As of any date with respect to any Series (or Class within such Series), the amount, if any, required to be maintained in the Reserve Account, if any, for such Series or Class as specified in or determined pursuant to the related Supplement.

  • Required Reserve Amount means, with respect to any Payment Date, the lesser of (a) 0.25% of the difference of the Aggregate Starting Principal Balance less the Yield Supplement Overcollateralization Amount as of the applicable Cutoff Date of all Receivables transferred to the Trust and (b) the Outstanding Amount of the Notes.

With respect to any Distribution Date on which the Net Excess Spread is equal to or greater than 0.25%, the amount, if any, by which (i) $1,000 exceeds (ii) the amount on deposit in the Basis Risk Reserve Fund immediately prior to such date. Provided, however, that on any Distribution Date on which the Class Principal Amount of each Class of LIBOR Certificates has been reduced to zero, the Required Reserve Fund Amount shall be zero.

  • Required Overcollateralization Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, (a) prior to the Stepdown Date, an amount equal to 1.80% of the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans as of the Cut-off Date, (b) on or after the Stepdown Date if a Trigger Event is not in effect, the greater of (i) an amount equal to 3.60% of the aggregate outstanding Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans after giving effect to distributions made on that Distribution Date and (ii) the Overcollateralization Floor and (c) on or after the Stepdown Date if a Trigger Event is in effect, an amount equal to the Required Overcollateralization Amount from the immediately preceding Distribution Date. The Required Overcollateralization Amount may be reduced so long as written confirmation is obtained from each Rating Agency that such reduction shall not reduce the ratings assigned to any Class of Certificates by such Rating Agency below the lower of the then-current rating or the rating assigned to such Certificates as of the Closing Date by such Rating Agency.   • Minimum Dilution Reserve Percentage means, at any time of determination, the product (expressed as a percentage and rounded to the nearest 1/100th of 1%, with 5/1000th of 1% rounded upward) of (a) the average of the Dilution Ratios for the twelve (12) most recent Fiscal Months, multiplied by (b) the Dilution Horizon Ratio.

  • Overcollateralization Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, the excess, if any, of (a) the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans before giving effect to distributions of principal to be made on such Distribution Date over (b) the aggregate Certificate Principal Balance of the Class A Certificates and Class M Certificates immediately prior to such date.

  • Overcollateralization Reduction Amount With respect to any Distribution Date on which the Excess Overcollateralization Amount is, after taking into account all other distributions to be made on such Distribution Date, greater than zero, the Overcollateralization Reduction Amount shall be equal to the lesser of (i) the Excess Overcollateralization Amount for that Distribution Date and (ii) the Principal Remittance Amount on such Distribution Date.

  • Yield Supplement Overcollateralization Amount means, with respect to any calendar month and the related Payment Date, or with respect to the Closing Date, the aggregate amount by which the Principal Balance as of the last day of the related Collection Period or the Cutoff Date, as applicable, of each of the related Receivables with an APR as stated in the related contract of less than the Required Rate, other than Defaulted Receivables, exceeds the present value, calculated by using a discount rate equal to the Required Rate, of each scheduled payment of each such Receivables assuming such scheduled payment is made on the last day of each month and each month has 30 days.

  • Available Reserve Account Amount means, for any Transfer Date, an amount equal to the lesser of (a) the amount on deposit in the Reserve Account (exclusive of Investment Earnings on such date and before giving effect to any deposit to, or withdrawal from, the Reserve Account made or to be made with respect to such date) and (b) the Required Reserve Account Amount, in each case on such Transfer Date.

  • Class C Reserve Account Percentage means, (i) zero, if the Quarterly Excess Available Funds Percentage on such Transfer Date is greater than or equal to 4.50%, (ii) 1.25%, if the Quarterly Excess Available Funds Percentage on such Transfer Date is less than 4.50% and greater than or equal to 4.00%, (iii) 2.00%, if the Quarterly Excess Available Funds Percentage on such Transfer Date is less than 4.00% and greater than or equal to 3.50%, (iv) 2.75%, if the Quarterly Excess Available Funds Percentage is less than 3.50% and greater than or equal to 3.00%, (v) 3.50%, if the Quarterly Excess Available Funds Percentage on such Transfer Date is less than 3.00% and greater than or equal to 2.50%, (vi) 4.50%, if the Quarterly Excess Available Funds Percentage is less than 2.50% and greater than or equal to 2.00%, and (vii) 6.00%, if the Quarterly Excess Available Funds Percentage on such Transfer Date is less than 2.00%.

  • C/D Reserve Percentage for any day as applied to any ABR Loan, that percentage (expressed as a decimal) which is in effect on such day, as prescribed by the Board, for determining the maximum reserve requirement for a Depositary Institution (as defined in Regulation D of the Board) in respect of new non-personal time deposits in Dollars having a maturity of 30 days or more.

  • Required Daily Deposit Target Finance Charge Amount means, for any day in a Due Period, an amount equal to the Class A Tranche Interest Allocation for the related Distribution Date; provided, however, that for purposes of determining the Required Daily Deposit Target Finance Charge Amount on any day on which the Class A Tranche Interest Allocation cannot be determined because the LIBOR Determination Date for the applicable Interest Accrual Period has not yet occurred, the Required Daily Deposit Target Finance Charge Amount shall be the Class A Tranche Interest Allocation determined based on a pro forma calculation made on the assumption that LIBOR will be LIBOR for the applicable period determined on the first day of such calendar month, multiplied by 1.25.
