Reference Registry definition

Reference Registry means the register of Reference Entities maintained by the Calculation Agent in respect of each Reference Portfolio in accordance with this Confirmation (the initial form of which is set out in Schedule A).
Reference Registry shall have the meaning specified in the Reference Financial Guarantee.
Reference Registry means a registry established by the Issuer containing the information set out at Part B of Schedule 2 (The Form of Reference Registry) in respect of each Reference Obligation in the Reference Portfolio, as updated from time to time in accordance with Condition 5(i) (Reference Registry).

More Definitions of Reference Registry

Reference Registry means a registry maintained by the Calculation Agent which sets out the details of the Credit Index Skew Transaction. On the Issue Date the Reference Registry shall be as set out in Annex 1 hereto and thereafter it shall be updated from time to time pursuant to and in accordance with paragraph 3 (Confirmation of Entry and Exit of Credit Index Skew Transactions) above.

If, after such review, the Calculation Agent determines in its sole and absolute discretion that the Replacement Criteria are satisfied as at the date of the Replacement Instruction it shall give a Replacement Information Notice (as defined in the Portfolio Administration Agreement) to the parties hereto and to the Initial Noteholder of such determination and it shall amend the Reference Registry accordingly with effect from the Replacement Date (as defined in the Portfolio Administration Agreement). The Calculation Agent shall further amend the Reference Registry, as applicable, with reference to the relevant Reference Entity in respect of the appropriate Benchmark Obligation (if any) and other relevant terms as determined by the Calculation Agent in its sole and absolute discretion..The initial Reference Registry is set forth in Annex C hereto.   • Registered Charity means a charity that is registered under the ACNC Act.

  • National Register has the same meaning as in section 3 of the National Act. National RTO Standards means the Standards for Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) 2015 (Cth) and its User Guide.

  • Bond Register means the books for the registration, transfer and exchange of Bonds kept at the office of the Bond Registrar.
