Targeted case management means services that assist a beneficiary to access needed 2 medical, educational, social, prevocational, vocational, rehabilitative, or other community services. The 3 service activities may include, but are not limited to, communication, coordination and referral;
Case manager means a Department of Human Services or Area Agency on Aging employee who assesses the service needs of an applicant, determines eligibility, and offers service choices to the eligible individual. The case manager authorizes and implements the service plan and monitors the services delivered.
Case management means a coordinated set of activities conducted for individual patient management of serious, complicated, protracted or other health conditions.
Acceptable earned value management system means an earned value management system that generally complies with system criteria in paragraph (b) of this clause.
Commercial Operation Date (COD) means the date certified by the DISCOM’s committee upon successful commissioning (as per provisions of the PPA) of the project when all equipments as per rated capacity have been installed and energy has flown into the grid.
Base Management Fee means the base management fee, calculated and payable quarterly in arrears in cash, in an amount equal to 1.50% per annum of the Company’s Equity. For purposes of calculating the Base Management Fee, outstanding limited partnership interests in the Operating Partnership (other than limited partnership interests held by the Company) shall be treated as outstanding Common Stock. The Base Management Fee shall be pro rated for partial periods, to the extent necessary, as described more fully elsewhere herein.
Earned value management system means an earned value management system that complies with the earned value management system guidelines in the ANSI/EIA-748.
Public Finance Management Act ’ means the Public Finance Management Act, 1999 (Act No. 1 of 1999);
Commercial Operation Date means the date on which a Material Project is substantially complete and commercially operable.
Total Evaluated CRIS MW means the Additional CRIS MW requested plus either (i) if the Installed Capacity Supplier previously received an exemption under Sections 23.4.5.7.2(b), 23.4.5.7.6(b), 23.4.5.7.7 or 23.4.5.7.8, all prior Additional CRIS MW since the facility was last exempted under Sections 23.4.5.7.2(b), 23.4.5.7.6(b), or 23.4.5.7.8, or (ii) for all other Installed Capacity Suppliers, all MW of Capacity for which an Examined Facility obtained CRIS pursuant to the provisions in ISO OATT Sections 25, 30, or 32 (OATT Attachments S, X, or Z). For purposes of Section 23.4.5 of this Attachment H, “UCAP Offer Reference Level” shall mean a dollar value equal to the projected clearing price for each ICAP Spot Market Auction determined by the ISO on the basis of the applicable ICAP Demand Curve and the total quantity of Unforced Capacity from all Installed Capacity Suppliers in a Mitigated Capacity Zone for the period covered by the applicable ICAP Spot Market Auction. For purposes of Section 23.4.5 of this Attachment H, “Unit Net CONE” shall mean localized levelized embedded costs of a specified Installed Capacity Supplier, including interconnection costs, and for an Installed Capacity Supplier located outside a Mitigated Capacity Zone including embedded costs of transmission service, in either case net of likely projected annual Energy and Ancillary Services revenues, and revenues associated with other energy products (such as energy services and renewable energy credits, as determined by the ISO, translated into a seasonally adjusted monthly UCAP value using an appropriate class outage rate. The Unit Net CONE of an Installed Capacity Supplier that has functions beyond the generation or transmission of power shall include only the embedded costs allocated to the production and transmission of power, and shall not net the revenues from functions other than the generation or transmission of power.
Contested case hearing means a hearing under chapter 4 of the administrative procedures act of 1969, MCL 24.271 to 24.287, as authorized under chapter 5 of the administrative procedures act of 1969, MCL 24.291 to 24.292.
Anticipated total county revenue availability per student means the anticipated total county revenue availability for the county divided by the average daily membership of the county.
State Level Monitoring Cell means the body constituted by the State Government for the control and elimination of ragging in institutions within the jurisdiction of the State, established under a State Law or on the advice of the Central Government, as the case may be.
Alliance Manager has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.
Initial compliance period means the three-year compliance period that begins January 1, 1993, except for the MCLs for dichloromethane, 1,2,4-trichlorobenzene, 1,1,2-trichloroethane, benzo(a)pyrene, dalapon, di(2-ethylhexyl)adipate, di(2-ethyl- hexyl)phthalate, dinoseb, diquat, endothall, endrin, glyphosate, hexachlorobenzene, hexachlorocyclopentadiene, oxamyl, picloram, simazine, 2,3,7,8-TCDD, antimony, beryllium, cyanide, nickel, and thallium, as they apply to a supplier whose system has fewer than 150 service connections, for which it means the three-year compliance period that began on January 1, 1996.
Business Unit means the assets constituting the business or a division or operating unit thereof of any Person.
Objective medical evidence means reports of examinations or treatments; medical signs which are anatomical, physiological, or psychological abnormalities that can be observed; psychiatric signs which are medically demonstrable phenomena indicating specific abnormalities of behavior, affect, thought, memory, orientation, or contact with reality; or laboratory findings which are anatomical, physiological, or psychological phenomena that can be shown by medically acceptable laboratory diagnostic techniques, including but not limited to chemical tests, electrocardiograms, electroencephalograms, X-rays, and psychological tests;
Performance Monitoring System has the meaning given to it in paragraph 1.1.2 in Part B of Schedule 6 (Service Levels, Service Credits and Performance Monitoring);
Key Management Personnel means persons having authority and responsibility for planning, directing and controlling the activities of the Company, directly or indirectly, including any Director (whether executive or otherwise) of the Company;
