The Unit Net CONE of an Installed Capacity Supplier that has functions beyond the generation or transmission of power shall include only the embedded costs allocated to the production and transmission of power, and shall not net the revenues from functions other than the generation or transmission of power.

  • Contested case hearing means a hearing under chapter 4 of the administrative procedures act of 1969, MCL 24.271 to 24.287, as authorized under chapter 5 of the administrative procedures act of 1969, MCL 24.291 to 24.292.
