The discount in standing charges would be applied only to the extent that the price payable by a User under Reference Tariff A is greater than the estimated 2000/2001 GDR Tariff, estimated and independently audited in accordance with the process described in the AlintaGas Publication Gas Distribution Access Pricing Methods (25 June 1997).
Standing charges for Reference Tariff A would be discounted by 100 percent in year 1, 50 percent in year 2 and be fully applied for year 3 and thereafter.
