TARP Preferred Stock definition

TARP Preferred Stock means senior perpetual Preferred Stock initially issued to Treasury qualifying as Tier 1 capital pursuant to the Program Documentation.

TARP Preferred Stock means the Series D Preferred Stock of the Company, par value $5.00 per share, issued to the Treasury Department.
