Task Brief definition

Task Brief means an order placed by Vast Solar with Advisian for the supply of Services in accordance with clauses 2.2 to 2.6.
Task Brief means a brief for the purpose of defining Sponsor Body’s Requirements pursuant to Appendix 1 and in the form set out in Appendix 6;
Task Brief means a brief for the purpose of defining required activities to be performed by the Delivery Authority during Phase One as agreed pursuant to Clause 18.1;

  • spatial development framework means the Mhlontlo Municipal Spatial Development Framework prepared and adopted in terms of sections 20 and 21 of the Act and Chapter 2 of this By-Law;

  • Engineering Services means infrastructure for –

  • Support and Maintenance Services means the support and maintenance services described in Section 1 of these Support Terms.

  • Project Management Report means each report prepared in accordance with Section 4.02 of this Agreement;

  • Qard means a contract of lending money whereby the borrower is obliged to repay the equivalent amount to lender.

  • Quality Assurance Plan or “QAP” shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 11.2;

  • Technology Transfer Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 4.1.5.

  • Peer support specialist means an individual who has experienced a severe and persistent mental illness and who has successfully completed standardized training to provide peer support services through the medical assistance program or the Iowa Behavioral Health Care Plan.

  • Project Description means the document that describes the Project's Reduction activities and that uses either the VCS Project Description Template or the project description template specified by the relevant Approved GHG Program;

  • Commercial Software means Software developed or regularly used that: (i) has been sold, leased, or licensed to the general public; (ii) has been offered for sale, lease, or license to the general public; (iii) has not been offered, sold, leased, or licensed to the public but will be available for commercial sale, lease, or license in time to satisfy the delivery requirements of this Contract; or (iv) satisfies a criterion expressed in (i), (ii), or (iii) above and would require only minor modifications to meet the requirements of this Contract.

  • Statement of Grievance shall name the grievant(s) involved, the facts giving rise to the grievance, the provision(s) of the Agreement alleged to be violated, and the remedy (specific relief) requested.

  • SMME means small, medium and micro enterprises namely Exempted Micro Enterprises and Qualifying Small Enterprises
