Tax Arrears Certificate definition

Tax Arrears Certificate means a certificate containing the information set out in Schedule V;
Tax Arrears Certificate means a document that is registered on title, indicating the described property will be sold by public sale if all Property Taxes are not paid to the municipality within one year of the registration of the certificate.
Tax Arrears Certificate means a certificate substantially in the form set out in Schedule 4; “tax certificate” means a certificate substantially in the form set out in Schedule 3;
