Tax Letter of Representation definition

Tax Letter of Representation means the letter of representation regarding the use of the proceeds of the Bonds and the Prior Bonds and other facts that are within the Company's knowledge, furnished by the Company to Bond Counsel in connection with the issuance of the Bonds.
Tax Letter of Representation means the letter of representation regarding the use of the proceeds of the Bonds and other facts that are within the User's knowledge furnished by the User to the Issuer in connection with the issuance of the Bonds.
