Tax Invoices definition

Tax Invoices has the meaning given in the Act.

  • All invoices submitted by the Contractor must be Tax Invoices indicating quantity ordered and quantity delivered, the amount of tax charged and the total invoice amount.

  • Transnet shall arrange for payment of such Tax Invoices and any pre-authorised additional expenses incurred, provided that the authorised expenses are supported by acceptable documentary proof of expenditure incurred [where this is available].

  • Payment against such month-end statement shall be made by Transnet within 30 [thirty] calendar days after date of receipt by Transnet of the statement together with all valid and undisputed Tax Invoices and supporting documentation.

  • Tax Invoices plus supporting documentation shall be posted to the address shown in the Order.

  • The Trader must provide information to enable the Distributor to calculate Distribution Services charges and prepare Tax Invoices, in accordance with Schedule 2.

  • The Contractor agrees to the adoption of the self invoicing procedures and undertakes not to issue any tax invoices, debit or credit notes in respect of any transaction included in the Tax Invoices issued by the Employer.

  • If a Dispute is raised, the Trader must continue to pay the Distributor's Tax Invoices until the Dispute is resolved.

Related to Tax Invoices

  • Tax Invoice means the document as required by Section 20 of the VAT Act, as may be amended from time to time;

  • Invoice means a Contractor’s claim for payment. At the Agency’s discretion, claims may be submitted on an original invoice from the Contractor or may be submitted on a claim form acceptable to the Agency, such as a General Accounting Expenditure (GAX) form.

  • Final Invoice is defined in Section 9.10(a).

  • Valid Invoice means an invoice containing the detailed information set out in clause C2 (Payment and VAT).

  • Invoices means Consumption Invoices, Reconciliation Invoices or invoices in respect of any other Charges due to us from you pursuant to this Supply Contract;

  • Sales Taxes has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.

  • Proper Invoice means a written request for Payment that is submitted by a Contractor setting forth the description, price or cost, and quantity of goods, property or services delivered or rendered, in such form, and supported by such other substantiating documentation, as NYSERDA may reasonably require, including but not limited to any requirements set forth in Exhibits A or B to this Agreement; and addressed to NYSERDA’s Controller, marked “Attention: Accounts Payable,” at the Designated Payment Office.

  • Tax Package has the meaning assigned in Section 6.01(b);

  • VAT means value added tax.

  • Tax Information means information and/or properly completed and signed tax certifications sufficient to eliminate the imposition of or to determine the amount of any withholding of tax, including FATCA Withholding Tax.

  • Service Charges means the fees levied by the municipality in terms of its tariff policy for any municipal services rendered in respect of an immovable property and includes any penalties, interest or surcharges levied or imposed in terms of this policy.

  • True-Up is defined in Section 3.4 of this Agreement.

  • Tax Payments has the meaning set forth in the definition of Permitted Payments to Parent.

  • Contract Charges means charges that accrue during a given month as defined in Article III. “Contract Term” is defined in Article IV.

  • gross tonnage means the gross tonnage calculated in accordance with the tonnage measurement regulations contained in Annex I to the International Convention on Tonnage Measurement of Ships, 1969 or any successor Convention.

  • Sales Tax means all applicable provincial and federal sales, use, value-added or goods and services taxes, including GST/HST;

  • Net Invoice Price means the price paid by You for Your Vehicle including all factory fitted accessories and any discount given but excluding retailer fitted accessories, road fund licence, new vehicle registration fee, fuel, paintwork and / or upholstery protection kits, insurance premiums (including this Premium), warranty premiums and any such associated costs and any Negative Equity.

  • Monthly Invoice means an invoice issued in accordance with section 21 by MDL or the Incentives Pool Trustee to a Shipper or Welded Party for all Charges payable in respect of the previous Month by that Shipper or Welded Party, together with any outstanding amounts in respect of any Month prior to the previous Month.

  • Tax Statement shall have the meaning set forth in Section 27.1 hereof.

  • Tax Authority means, with respect to any Tax, the governmental entity or political subdivision thereof that imposes such Tax, and the agency (if any) charged with the collection of such Tax for such entity or subdivision.

  • Delivery charges means charges by the seller for preparation and delivery to a location designated by the purchaser of tangible personal property or services. Delivery charges include, but are not limited to, transportation, shipping, postage, handling, crating, and packing. Beginning September 1, 2004, delivery charges do not include the charges for delivery of direct mail if the charges are separately stated on an invoice or similar billing document given to the purchaser. If a shipment includes both exempt property and taxable property, the seller shall allocate the delivery charge using 1 of the following methods:

  • Billing Statement has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.18(g).

  • Total Service Charges means all charges, after application of all discounts and credits, incurred by Customer for Services provided under this Agreement, excluding Taxes, Governmental Charges, equipment, Company ILEC, Company Wireless, Document Delivery Fax, non-recurring, goods and services acquired by Company as Customer’s agent, international access that is passed-through (Type 3/PTT) or provided by Company (Type 1), charges for security services provided by a Cybertrust Security Service Provider listed in the Guide, and other charges expressly excluded by this Agreement.

  • Returns means the amounts yielded by an investment and in particular, though not exclusively, includes profit, interest, capital gains, dividends, royalties and fees;

  • Royalty Payments has the meaning set forth in Section 7.3.1.
