Tax Restricted Notes definition

Tax Restricted Notes means any Series and Class of Notes for which the Issuer does not receive an opinion from nationally recognized tax counsel that such Series and Class of Notes will be properly characterized as debt for United States federal income tax purposes (it being understood that such Series and Class of Notes will be designated as “Tax Restricted Notes” in the Series Supplement for such Series and Class).
