Taxes and Cesses definition

Taxes and Cesses means any and all taxes payable by the Company and/or its contractors (including sub- contractors), suppliers, consultants, etc. by way of value added tax, state sales tax, central sales tax, works contract tax, service tax, cess, educational cess, worker's welfare cess or any other taxes, charges, levies by whatever name called, in connection with the construction of the Said Apartment/Said Complex, now or in future or any increase thereof
Taxes and Cesses means any and all taxes by way of Goods and Services Tax (GST), one time building tax, building and other construction workers welfare fund, or any other taxes, Cesses, charges, levies by whatever name called, paid or payable by the Company and / or its contractors, sub-contractors, suppliers, consultants, etc. payable at the rates prevailing at the time of respective payments, in connection with the development of the Project, now or in future.
Taxes and Cesses means any and all kind of taxes and cesses including but not limited to value added tax, state sales tax, central sales tax, works contract tax, service tax, one time building tax, luxury tax, building and other construction workers welfare fund, education cess and any other Taxes and Cesses by whatever name called paid or payable by the Company and/or its contractors (including sub-contractors), suppliers, consultants, in connection with the development/construction of the Said Apartment/Said Building/Said Complex.

Examples of Taxes and Cesses in a sentence

  • If the credit for the Duties, Taxes and Cesses under provision/rules under GST law is found to be not admissible at any stage subsequently owing to wrong furnishing of Tariff Head, then the suppliers will be liable to refund such non admissible amount, if already paid, along with penalty and interest if charged by the concerned authority.

  • The following documents are to be submitted for claiming the payment: -⮚ In order to avail Input Tax Credit, the contractor has to furnish an Invoice favoring BSNL clearly indicating break up details of composite price i.e. Basic, GST, any other Duties, Taxes and Cesses, Freight/Packing Charges etc.

  • The Allottee agrees and undertakes to pay the balance of the Total Price as per the schedule of payments (Annexure-III) attached with this Agreement along with all other charges, Taxes and Cesses, securities etc.

  • The Company based on its present plans and estimates and subject to all just exceptions, endeavors to complete construction of the Said Independent Floor within a period of Thirty (30) months from the date of the Application unless there shall be delay or failure due to reasons mentioned in Clause 11(b) and 11(c) or due to failure of the Allottee to pay in time the Total Price and other charges, Taxes and Cesses, deposits, securities etc.
