If the supplier fails to perform necessary compliances which would any manner restrict BSNL to claim input tax credit, then the amount pertaining to such Duties ,Taxes and Cesses will be deducted from the payment due to the supplier.
If the credit for the Duties ,Taxes and Cesses under provision/ rules under GST law is found to be not admissible at any stage subsequently owing to wrong furnishing of Tariff Head, then the suppliers will be liable to refund such non-admissible amount, if already paid, along with penalty and interest if charged by the concerned authority.
