Taxicab Broker definition

Taxicab Broker means a person who accepts calls for taxicabs used for hire and owned by someone other than the person, his or her immediate family or the person’s employer. (“agent de taxi”) 2006, c. 32, Sched. A, s. 8; 2007, c. 8, s. 218 (2); 2009, c. 22, s. 99.

Taxicab Broker or “Broker” means any person who carries on the business of dispatching taxicabs in any manner;

Taxicab Broker means any Person who carries on the Business of accepting Taxicab Orders for, or Dispatching Taxicabs in any manner.
