Taxi Service Clause Samples

The Taxi Service clause defines the terms and conditions under which taxi transportation is provided or reimbursed. Typically, it outlines who is eligible to use taxi services, the circumstances in which such services may be used (such as business travel or late-night work), and any limits on costs or required documentation for reimbursement. This clause ensures that both parties understand the rules for using and paying for taxi services, helping to control expenses and prevent misunderstandings regarding transportation arrangements.
