Taxi Service. (a) When an employee is called in to work between 11:30 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. or is kept at work so that their leaving time is between these hours and when the employee’s regular shift does not start or finish within these hours, taxi service or equivalent to and/or from the home of the employee will be provided by the Employer. Purchaser shall arrange for placing all utility services and bills in its own name as of the Closing Date.
