Examples of TCF Agreement in a sentence

  • Except for the security interest granted to the Collateral Agent, for the benefit of the Collateral Agent and the other Secured Parties, pursuant to this Agreement and the other Liens permitted to exist on the Collateral by the TC&F Agreement, the Notes and the other Transaction Documents, if any, such Borrower owns each item of the Collateral free and clear of any and all Liens or claims, options or rights of others.
