TD Banknorth has made available to Hxxxxx United a summary of any such disclosure made by management to TD Banknorth’s auditors and the audit committee of the TD Banknorth Board since January 1, 2002.
The TD Banknorth Board shall recommend approval and adoption of the Agreement and the Additional TD Banknorth Proposals by the shareholders of TD Banknorth.
MUSL Board means the governing body of the MUSL, which is comprised of the chief executive officer of each Party Lottery.
Parent Board means the board of directors of Parent.
Company Board means the Board of Directors of the Company.
Special Committee means a committee of the Board of Managers of the Company comprised of two individuals, each of whom qualifies as an Independent Manager.
Merger Sub Board means the board of directors of Merger Sub.
Health Board means a Health Board established under section 2 of the National Health Service (Scotland) Act 1978;
Medical Board means the board of physicians as provided by this chapter.
Company Board of Directors means the board of directors of the Company.
Local board means a school board, public utility, commission, transportation commission, public library board, board of park management, local board of health, board of commissioners of police, planning board, or any other board, commission, committee, body or local authority established or exercising any power or authority under any general or special Act with respect to any of the affairs or purposes, including school purposes, of the municipality or any part or parts thereof;
CPF Board means the Central Provident Fund Board, a body corporate established under the Central Provident Fund Act (Cap. 36);
College board means the state board for community and
Chairman-cum-Managing Director means Chairman-cum-Managing Director of any of the Subsidiary Companies of Coal India Limited, presently Central Coalfields Limited, Eastern Coalfields Limited, Western Coalfields Limited, Bharat Coking Coal Limited, Central Mine Planning & Design Institute Limited, South Eastern Coalfields Limited, Northern Coalfields Limited and Mahanadi Coalfields Limited.
Bank Board means the Board of Directors of the Bank.
National Board means the National Board of Boiler and Pressure Vessel Inspectors, (NB) 1055 Crupper Avenue, Columbus, Ohio 43229, whose membership is composed of the Chief Boiler Inspectors of jurisdictions who are charged with the enforcement of the provisions of the ASME Code.
Medical Advisory Committee means the Medical Advisory Committee established by the Board as required by the Public Hospitals Act;
Management Board means the management board of the Company.
Managing Directors means Mrs Maria Chr. van der Sluijs-Plantz, Mrs Thérèse F.C. Wijnen and Mr Hubertus P.C. Mourits or such other person(s) who may be appointed as Managing Director(s) of the Issuer from time to time.
State Management Committee means a Committee comprising representatives from the Confederation of Western Australian Industry, the Trades and Labor Council of Western Australia, Technical and Further Education (TAFE) and the relevant Federal and State Government Departments which approve traineeship arrangements by agreement of each of the parties. The State Management Committee may be established pursuant to the provisions of the Industrial and Commercial Training Act, 1975 or any amendment to or substitution of that Act, provided that any Committee or body established in lieu of the State Management Committee has the same representatives structure and decision making processes as that Committee.
joint board means the Townsville-Thuringowa Water Supply Joint Board.
Regional Board means a California regional water quality control board.
School board means the governing board of directors of the local school district.
Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee means the nominating and corporate governance committee of the board of directors of the Company established pursuant to the Articles, or any successor committee.
Seattle Human Resources Director means the director of the Seattle Department of Human Resources or his or her designated management representative.
Acquiror Board means the board of directors of Acquiror.
Local Health Board (“Bwrdd Iechyd Lleol”) means a Local Health Board established under section 11 of the National Health Service (Wales) Act 2006 (c.42);
Technical Advisory Committee means a committee established under section 12;
