Team Operator definition

Team Operator means the entity authorized by MLS to operate the Team on its behalf, and, where the Team is operated by MLS otherwise than through a separate entity so authorized, MLS itself.
Team Operator means any entity authorized by the PWHL to operate the Team, either on behalf of the PWHL or such other Person to whom the PWHL has granted such rights. For the avoidance of doubt, the PWHL may designate itself, or any of its Related Entities, as a Team Operator.
