Technical Assistance Provider definition

Technical Assistance Provider or “TAP” means an independent contractor retained by the Corporation to provide technical assistance services.
Technical Assistance Provider refers to any awardee or and its sub-awardee, consultant(s) and contractor(s) charged with undertaking technical assistance and/or capacity building activities using funds obligated to this award.
