Technical Oversight Committee definition

Technical Oversight Committee or “TOC” means the scientific committee established by Article IV of this Compact.
Technical Oversight Committee means the Pierce County committee in conjunction with the Administrator that is responsible for the oversight of the Pierce County Program.
Technical Oversight Committee. (TOC) as used herein shall refer to the committee of technical-level representatives properly designated by each of the Consortium Members respectively to serve on this committee, together with NASA and FAA representatives so designated by NASA and the FAA.
