Technology Consultant definition

Technology Consultant a person or entity retained by the Licensor to provide supervisory and professional services for all or part of the raceways, risers, ducts, conduits, sleeves, communications pathways (including the Communications Spaces), roof areas and other telecommunications related facilities in or serving the Building.
Technology Consultant means a professional engineering firm, licensed in the jurisdiction in which the Goods are installed and intended to function, selected by Customer and reasonably acceptable to P2O. Whenever in this Contract it is provided that the Technology Consultant will take an action or make a determination, such action or determination shall be taken and made in the context of the Technology Consultant acting in its professional capacity, subject to the standards and practices of professional engineers in the locality and subject jurisdiction of the placed or installed Goods for which such action is being taken or determination made. P2O hereby consents to O’Brien & Gxxx Engineering, P.C. as the Technology Consultant.

Technology Consultant means a consultant engaged by I-trax to assist I-trax with I-trax's product development efforts.
