Telecommunications Permit definition

Telecommunications Permit means the official document or permit by which an Applicant is allowed to add or modify equipment on a Telecommunications Tower as granted, authorized or issued by the Town.

EEDD.“Telecommunications Structure” means a structure used in the provision of services described in the definition of ‘Telecommunications Tower’. EEFF.“Temporary” means in relation to all aspects and components of this Law, something intended to, or that does, exist for fewer than ninety (90) days.FFGG. “Town” means the Town of Dryden, New York.
