Final inspection prior to dedication or prior to the issuance of use and occupancy permits for dwelling units and non-dwelling units served thereby; whichever shall first occur, shall be made by the Township Engineer, Zoning Officer or appropriate Township Official, which final inspections shall be requested in writing by Developer upon completion of said improvements.
