Telemedicine service means the practice of health
Telemedicine service means the practice of health care delivery, diagnosis, consultation and treatment, including but not limited to the transfer of medical data or exchange of medical education information by means of audio, video or data communications. Telemedicine service shall not mean a consultation provided by telephone or facsimile machine.
Telemedicine service means the same as that term is defined in Section 26B-4-704.
