Telephone Banking Services definition

Telephone Banking Services or “TBS” and “TBS Access Code” have the same meanings respectively ascribed thereto in the terms and conditions relating to Telephone Banking Services (which are set out below for your reference).
Telephone Banking Services means the Requests and information service provided through the interactive voice response (IVR) or the Bank’s contact centre agents.
Telephone Banking Services means: BMO Bank of Montreal’s Telephone Banking Services which allows customers to manage their finances by telephone.

  • Transactions Using Our Telephone Banking System You may use our Telephone Banking Services to speak to us to get your account information, transfer funds between your accounts with us, or pay qualifying Wellby loans or credit cards.

  • Other terms and conditions governing your Account(s) with the Bank will continue to be applicable save where such other terms and conditions are in conflict with these Terms and Conditions, in which event these Terms and Conditions will govern the Telephone Banking Services.

  • The Account Holder agrees to provide any additional information required by the Bank, from time to time, for the purpose of making the Telephone Banking Services available to the Account Holder.

  • The Bank’s Telephone Banking Services is governed by the following terms and conditions in Section E (“Terms and Conditions”).

  • The Telephone Banking Services shall be made available to the Account Holder subject to such fees and charges as may be prescribed by the Bank from time to time.

  • The Bank may, in its discretion and without prior notice, temporarily suspend the Telephone Banking Services or terminate it completely.

  • The parties hereto confirm that the Agreement concluded using Internet or Telephone Banking Services shall be as equally binding as if they had a written signature.

  • Access to Internet and Telephone Banking Services shall be unblocked upon arrival by the Customer at the Bank and presentation of a written request or, in case the Customer uses code generator, using Telephone banking services.
