Telephone Banking Service. 11.1.1 Telephone banking is a service that enables the customer to receive the following services determined by the Bank over the means of telephone communication without the need to visit the Bank: 11.1.1.1 Receive banking information; 11.1.1.2 Become registered for the purposes of using different banking services and make changes to the registered data. 11.1.1.3 Representing the application about receiving back the sum withheld in ATM. 11.1.2 Telephone banking services cover all accounts of the customer. In case if the customer does not wish to receive telephone banking services with respect to any of his account he must notify the Bank about such wish in writing or in any other form provided by in this Agreement. 11.1.3 In order to receive telephone banking services the customer should submit the application to the Bank in accordance with paragraph 1.2 of this agreement.

Telephone Banking Service. You can use the telephone banking service to a. Check the balance on your accounts; b. Obtain details of your most recent transactions; c. Transfer money between your accounts; d. Set up direct debits; e. Speak to a Customer Service Representative in relation to any other enquiry. 1. When you call the telephone banking service, you will be asked questions based on information known to us about you and/ or transactions on your account which will enable us to identify you as our customer. 2. Where we are unable to identify you based on the information provided to us you will be asked for additional questions to identify you as our customer. 3. We will not be able to assist you with any specific query, if we decide that we are unable to identify you as our customer. We will, however, still be able to assist you in relation to general matters not specific to your account(s). 4. You must inform us immediately by telephone if you know or suspect that an unauthorised call has been made to our telephone banking service or that anyone else knows or has asked you for your information. 5. You must comply with all instructions we issue regarding using your account safely. 6. If you use a cordless or mobile telephone operating on an analogue network to telephone us, we accept no responsibility if any one else intercepts or overhears any telephone conversation between you and us. 7. You must check your statements regularly and notify us urgently if you think there has been a mistake. 1. Once we have checked your identity, we will act on any instructions given to us including payments of money from your account, considering these instructions were given by you or with your authority. 2. Telephone Banking Service. The Account Holder or his or her legal representative acknowledges and agrees that satisfaction of relevant conditions, as specified in the Terms and Conditions applicable to different products and services covered by this Agreement and subject to Clause 8 and Clause 10 hereof, may prompt a change in interest rates, fees and/or commissions applicable hereunder or introduction of new fees and/or commissions to be applied hereunder.
Telephone Banking Service. Our Telephone Banking service allows you to obtain information about your checking and savings accounts with us and, with authorization, to order the transfer of funds between your checking and savings accounts with us using a touch-tone telephone or as we otherwise permit. You may be required to complete our Telephone Banking Agreement form before we will provide the transfer service. Transfers between accounts are only processed on our Business Days. Transfer orders received on a Business Day during normal business hours and before our cut-off hour are usually processed at or about the time of the receipt of the order. You may use our Telephone Banking transfer service 24 hours a day, seven (7) days a week. We may restrict transfers between accounts to the amount of collected funds in the account. That security code must be safeguarded as you would safeguard a PIN. You may change the security code we provide you at any time using our Telephone Banking service. CNB VISA CHECK CARD AND CNB ATM CARD You may use your CNB Visa Check Card ("Check Card") as a debit card to pay for transactions at merchants participating in the networks identified on your card. You may also use your Check Card as an automated teller machine ("ATM") card to perform transactions at CNB ATMs and certain other ATMs in the networks identified on your card. Access to savings accounts is available through an ATM. You may use your CNB ATM Card ("ATM Card") to perform transactions at CNB ATMs and certain other ATMs participating in the networks identified on your card. You may also use your ATM Card to pay for PIN-based purchase transactions at merchants participating in the networks identified on your card. Your Check Card and your ATM Card remain our property and must be returned to us upon request. You must sign your Check Card and your ATM Card upon receipt. Retention of, signature on or use of either card constitutes your agreement to comply with the terms and conditions set out in this Agreement and as they may be amended or otherwise changed by us from time to time. Telephone Banking Service. You can use this service by calling 000-000-XXXX (2262) to transfer funds between your designated accounts with us, to obtain account information, and to pay your loan with us from your deposit account. We will provide you with a personal identification number (“PIN”) in order to access this service and provide us with instructions. You agree not to disclose your PIN to others and to safeguard its confidentiality. We will transfer funds between your Bank accounts that have been tied to the service. Transfers cannot be made from certificates of deposit. If we receive your transfer instruction prior to our daily cutoff hour, we will make the funds available for use or withdrawal at the opening of our next Business Day. Balance information may not reflect recent transactions, and may include funds that are not available for immediate withdrawal. If we receive a transfer or payment instruction after the cutoff hour or on a non-Business Day, it may not be processed until the next Business Day.
Telephone Banking Service. If we approve the telephone banking service for your accounts, a personal, four digit access code will be issued to you. You must use your access code along with your account number to access your accounts. At the present time you may use the telephone banking service to:  Transfer funds between your savings, checking, and loan accounts, including loan payments and transfer funds to accounts of other members, as authorized.  Obtain balance information on your account.  Verify the last date and amount of your payroll deposit.  Determine if a particular draft or check has cleared your account.  Obtain balance and payment information on loan accounts.  Other transactions as offered and permitted in the future.  Place stop payments. Your accounts can be accessed under the telephone banking service. Telephone banking service will be available for your convenience seven days per week. This service may be interrupted for a short time each day for data processing. While there is no limit to the number of inquiries, transfers, or withdrawal requests you may make in any one day, there are limitations on transactions you make per telephone calls. For security purposes, there are limits on the frequency and amount of transfers you may make using the Telephone Banking Service. While there is no limit to the number of inquiries, transfers from a savings account will be limited to six (6) in any one month. No transfer or withdrawal may exceed the available funds in your account. The Credit Union reserves the right to refuse any transaction that would draw upon insufficient funds, exceed a credit limit, lower an account below a required balance, or otherwise require us to increase our required reserve on the account. All checks are payable to you as a member and will be mailed to your address of record. The Credit Union may set other limits on the amount of any transaction, and you will be notified of those limits. The Credit Union may refuse to honor any transaction for which you do not have sufficient available verified funds. The system will discontinue service after three unsuccessful attempts to enter a transaction.
