Temporary Facilities definition

Temporary Facilities means the temporary facilities required to provide for the temporary Point of Interconnection. Such temporary facilities are identified in Sections 8.c of Exhibit “C”.
Temporary Facilities means a building or structure not meeting the definition for a permanent building or structure, at which consumer and low-impact fireworks are sold, including the following:
Temporary Facilities means special construction that will be used to provide the customer service for a short duration.

More Definitions of Temporary Facilities

Temporary Facilities means food premises established in conjunction with fairs, circuses, concerts, civic events or another event not lasting longer than 7 consecutive days;

Lessee’s signage shall be of equal or greater size and prominence to any other Tenant signage.
Temporary Facilities shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.01.
Temporary Facilities which includes on-site trailer, temporary electrical, water and sewer, rental furniture, telephone, trash receptacles, toilet rental, equipment and tool rentals, and medical supplies;
Temporary Facilities means all facilities or things of whatsoever
Temporary Facilities means those locations, the leasehold interests in which Sellers will not convey to Buyer, where Sellers currently conduct the Business, but whose employees, operations and Personal Property will be conveyed to Buyer hereunder as part of the Purchased Assets and which Buyer will occupy and assume certain related liabilities for a limited time, all as set forth in the Transition Services Agreement.
Temporary Facilities means those facilities, if any, which may comprise Metering Facilities, Curb Stop Facilities, Optional Facilities, or additions to the Mainline System.
