Temporary Global Notes definition

Temporary Global Notes is defined in Section 6.3.

Temporary Global Notes means each Class A Temporary Global Note, each Class B Temporary Global Note and each Temporary Global Note in respect of an issue of New Notes or, prior to consolidation, any Further Notes;

Temporary Global Notes means the Class A Temporary Global Note, the Class B Temporary Global Note, the Class C Temporary Global Note, the Class D Temporary Global Note, the Class E Temporary Global Note and the Class F Temporary Global Note;

Examples of Temporary Global Notes in a sentence

• Beneficial interests in the Regulation S Temporary Global Notes may be held only through Euroclear or Clearstream.

• The Issuer may, at its option, deliver from time to time to the Fiscal Agent a stock of Master Temporary Global Notes and Master Permanent Global Notes and/or, to the Registrar, a stock of Master Global Registered Notes.

• The Fiscal Agent or the Registrar will promptly assist the ICSDs (through the Common Service Provider) in resolving any discrepancy identified in the IOA of Notes any NGN Temporary Global Notes or NGN Permanent Global Notes or in the records reflecting the IOA of any Global Note held under the NSS.

• Simultaneously with the authentication of Regulation S Permanent Global Notes, the Trustee shall cancel the Regulation S Temporary Global Notes.

• The aggregate principal amount of the Regulation S Temporary Global Notes and the Regulation S Permanent Global Notes may from time to time be increased or decreased by adjustments made on the records of the Trustee and the Depositary or its nominee, as the case may be, in connection with transfers of interest as hereinafter provided.

Temporary Global Notes means the Senior Funding Temporary Global Note and the Participating Temporary Global Note.

Temporary Global Notes means the 2009 Temporary Global Notes and the 2013 Temporary Global Notes, individually and collectively, (3) references to the “Global Notes” shall mean the 2009 Global Notes and the 2013 Global Notes, individually and collectively, (4) references to the “Definitive Notes” shall mean the 2009 Definitive Notes and the 2013 Definitive Notes, individually and collectively, (5) references to the “Coupons” shall mean the 2009 Coupons and the 2013 Coupons, individually and collectively, and (6) references to the “Conditions” shall mean the 2009 Conditions and the 2013 Conditions, individually and collectively.

Temporary Global Notes means the Class A Temporary Global Note and/or the Class B Temporary Global Note and/or the Class C Temporary Global Note and "Temporary Global Note" means any of them;

Temporary Global Notes means the temporary global notes in bearer form, without coupons or talons, representing each class of Notes and "Temporary Global Note" means any of the Temporary Global Notes.

Temporary Global Notes means the Original Temporary Global Notes and any other temporary global notes representing the Further Notes or any of them;

Temporary Global Notes means any temporary global note representing any Notes in, or substantially in, the form set out in the Fiscal Agency Agreement.
