Temporary Global Security definition

Temporary Global Security means a Temporary Global Security substantially in the form set out in Schedule 6 (Forms of Temporary Global Security) to the Programme Manual; and

Temporary Global Security means a Temporary Global Security substantially in the form set out in the Issue and Paying Agency Agreement by which Bearer Securities offered and sold outside the United States to persons that are not U.S. persons (as defined in Regulation S) in reliance on Regulation S are represented;

Temporary Global Security means a global security substantially in the form (subject to completion and amendment and as supplemented or varied in accordance with the relevant Pricing Supplement), set out in Part I(A) of Schedule 1 (Form of Temporary Global Security) comprising Securities of a single Series or a Tranche thereof and issued by the Issuer pursuant to the terms of the Programme.

• Each Master Temporary Global Security and Master Permanent Global Security, if any, will be signed manually by or on behalf of the relevant Issuer.

• No Definitive Security delivered in exchange for a Temporary Global Security or a Permanent Global Security, as the case may be, may be mailed or otherwise delivered to any location in the United States or its possessions.

• If at any time and for any reason a Paying Agent makes a partial payment in respect of any Temporary Global Security, Permanent Global Security or Definitive Securities, presented or surrendered for payment to or to the order of that Paying Agent, such Paying Agent shall endorse thereon a statement indicating the amount and date of such payment.

• Each replacement Temporary Global Security, Permanent Global Security or Definitive Security, delivered hereunder shall bear a unique certificate or (as the case may be) serial number.

Temporary Global Security means a Temporary Global Note or a Temporary Global Certificate;

Temporary Global Security means a Temporary Global Security representing Securities of a series or a portion thereof.
