Programme Manual. The Issuer shall furnish a copy of the Programme Manual from time to time in effect to the Issuing and Principal Paying Agent and the Registrar. The parties agree that all issues of Notes shall be made in accordance with the Programme Manual unless the Trustee, the Issuer, the Guarantor, the Relevant Dealer(s), the Issuing and Principal Paying Agent and, in the case of Registered Notes, the Registrar agree otherwise in respect of any issue. The Programme Manual may only be amended with the consent of the Trustee, the Issuing and Principal Paying Agent and the Registrar.
