Temporary Limited Duty definition

Temporary Limited Duty means an active service assignment for an employee incapable due to a disability of performing line duty but capable of performing other duty of a light or modified nature consistent with the operation of the Employer. Temporary limited duty is the time period before an employee is considered fixed and stable.
Temporary Limited Duty means an active service assignment, of one year or less, for an employee who is unable to perform all of the essential functions of their regular position because of a medical condition(s).

  • Temporary job site means a location where any of the following occur:
