Tenancy Agreement definition

Tenancy Agreement means a written and legally enforceable agreement between an adult foster home licensee and an adult who is older or an adult with physical disabilities who resides in the home and does not require assistance with any activity of daily living. The agreement specifies the terms and conditions of a room and board residency in the home.
