Licence to Occupy. , in relation to Scotland, means a permission or right to occupy.

Licence to Occupy means the Licence to Occupy the Land the principal particulars of which are set out in Schedule 1 and otherwise on terms and conditions contained in a standard form of licence agreement as required by the Council.
