Place or premises means the real estate, together with any buildings or other improvements thereon,
Tenancy Agreement means the contract drawn up between the Landlord and the Tenant specifying the obligations of the two parties.
Initial Term has the meaning set forth in Section 7.1.
Premises Building Total Destruction means if the Building of which the Premises are a part is damaged or destroyed to the extent that the cost to repair is fifty percent (50%) or more of the then Replacement Cost of the Building.
Base Term Commencing (i) with respect to the Original Premises on the Commencement Date, and (ii) with respect to the Expansion Premises on the Expansion Premises Commencement Date, and ending with respect to the entire Premises on September 15, 2016 (“Expiration Date”).”
Premises Total Destruction means damage or destruction to the Premises, other than Lessee Owned Alterations and Utility Installations and Trade Fixtures, which cannot reasonably be repaired in six (6) months or less from the date of the damage or destruction. Lessor shall notify Lessee in writing within thirty (30) days from the date of the damage or destruction as to whether or not the damage is Partial or Total.
Common space means an area on which two or more information functions (e.g. symbol) may be displayed, but not simultaneously.
Lease Term means the term of this Lease which shall commence on the Commencement Date and continue for the period specified in Section J of the Summary.
Residential Rental Unit means an area legally licensed or permitted for use as a living space containing a sleeping area, bathing and sanitation facilities and cooking facilities equipped with a cooking range, refrigerator and sink, all of which are separate and distinct from other Residential Rental Units. Reg. §§ 1.103-8(a) 8(i).
Primary Term is defined in paragraph 4(a) of this Lease.
Area A means the area marked “Area A” outlined in red on the Plan (excluding that part shaded grey on the Plan);
Commencement Date means the date of this Agreement;
Building Work has the meaning given to it in section 6 of the Building and Construction Industry (Improving Productivity) Act 2016 (Cth);
residential premises means a house, building, structure, shelter, or mobile home, or portion thereof, used as a dwelling, home, residence, or living place by 1 or more human beings. “Residential premises” includes an apartment unit, a boardinghouse, a rooming house, a mobile home, a mobile home space, and a single or multiple family dwelling, but does not include a hotel, a motel, motor home, or other tourist accommodation, when used as a temporary accommodation for guests or tourists, or premises used as the principal place of residence of the owner and rented occasionally during temporary absences including vacation or sabbatical leave.
Service Commencement Date means the date the Transmission Provider begins to provide service pursuant to the terms of an executed Service Agreement, or the date the Transmission Provider begins to provide service in accordance with Tariff, Part II, section 15.3 or Tariff, Part III, section 29.1.
Collaboration Term has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(h).
Rent Commencement Date means [Insert date or description] or any later date calculated in accordance with paragraph 3.3 of Part 5 of the Schedule;
Extended Use Period means the period beginning on the 1st day in the compliance period on which such building is part of a qualified low-income housing project, and ending on the later of the date specified by such agency in such agreement, or the date which is 15 years after the close of the compliance period.
Option Term means a period, if any, through which this Agreement may be or has been extended by the JBE.
Academic term means a division of the school year during which a course of studies is offered, and includes a semester, quarter, or single consolidated summer term as defined by the institution.
domestic premises means any premises used wholly or partly as a dwelling or intended for such use;
Tenancy means the lawful occupation of residential real property and includes a lease or sublease.
