Tenant Sponsor definition

Tenant Sponsor means any Person that has a sponsorship agreement with Tenant, Developer, or any Developer Subsidiary, and the respective sponsor(s) of any of such Person in connection with the Project.
Tenant Sponsor shall have the meaning set forth in Subsection 5.2.1. hereof.

  • Tenant Sponsor is a defined term and a list will be provided by Tenant on or before the Commencement Date Section 5.

  • In no event shall any Tenant Sponsor have the right to place any signs, posters or other materials in or about the Premises or any other location within THE DISNEYLAND RESORT(R) PROJECT, without the prior approval of Landlord in each instance, which approval may be granted or withheld in Landlord's sole and absolute discretion.

  • Further, Tenant agrees to advise each Tenant Sponsor (or other sponsor of Tenant) that, without the prior approval of Landlord in each instance (which approval may be granted or withheld in Landlord's sole discretion), such Tenant Sponsor (or other sponsor of Tenant) shall have no right to take photographs of, take motion pictures of, televise, make miniatures of, or otherwise use, reproduce or exploit any part of the Premises in any manner, or through any media.

  • Major Tenant means a tenant of a Loan Party under a lease of Property which entitles it to occupy 15,000 square feet or more of the net rentable area of such Property.

  • Master Tenant means any entity approved by HUD now or hereafter leasing the Healthcare Facility pursuant to a Master Lease.

  • Tenant’s Work means all improvements, alterations, fixture, equipment, and signage installation, and furniture placement necessary or appropriate for the conduct of the Permitted Use, including all work described as Tenant’s Work on Exhibit D, attached (the “Work Letter”).

  • Major Tenants has the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 7.2.

  • Sublessee means any party to whom Lessee grants the right to possess all or any portion of the Premises according to a Sublease.

  • Leased Premises means the Leased Premises as defined in Paragraph 1.

  • Non-Operator means a Party other than the Operator;

  • Subleased Premises means such portions of the Leased Premises being particularly identified on Schedule B, which the parties agree, for the purposes of this Sublease and any square footage calculations pursuant hereto, is approximately 42,244 square feet of office (21,068 square feet on the third floor and 21,176 square feet on the seventh floor) and approximately 9.4312% of common space (building rentable area is 447,917 square feet).

  • Landlord Work means the work, if any, that Landlord is obligated to perform in the Premises pursuant to a separate agreement (the “Work Letter”), if any, attached to this Lease as Exhibit C.

  • Subtenant means any Person entitled to occupy, use, or possess any Premises under a Sublease.

  • Major Alteration means change other than repair or replacement of building materials or equipment with materials and equipment of a similar type.

  • Superior Landlord means and includes people or persons to whom the ownership or interest in the Leasehold Property might revert in the fullness of time.

  • Operator means the operator of an internet website, online service, online application, or mobile application with actual knowledge that the site, service, or application is used for K–12 school purposes. Any entity that operates an internet website, online service, online application, or mobile application that has entered into a signed, written agreement with an LEA to provide a service to that LEA shall be considered an “operator” for the purposes of this section.
