Tender Notice”「招標公告」 means the Tender Notice set out in Part 1 of this Tender Document指本招標文件第 1 部份的招標公告“Tender Period”「招標期間」means, in respect of each Property for Tender, the period between the Tender Commencement Date and Time and Tender Closing Date and Time就每一個招標物業而言，指招標開始日期及時間至招標截止日期及時間的期間“Tender Price”「投標價」means the price tendered for the Property as specified in the First Schedule to the Offer Form指要約表格附表 1 中訂明投購本物業的價格“Tendered Property”「投標物業」means the property specified in the First Schedule to the Offer Form指要約表格附表 1 中訂明的物業“Tenderer”「投標者」means the person who is specified in the First Schedule to each Offer Form as the tenderer指每一份要約表格附表 1 中訂明為投標者的人士“Vendor”「賣方」means Nam Cheong Property Development Limited指南昌物業發展有限公司“Vendor’s solicitors”「賣方律師」means any one of the following firms to be designated by the Vendor at its sole and absolute discretion:-指賣方單獨絕對酌情決定下指定的以下任何一家律師行：- • Deacons的近律師行• Slaughter and May司力達律師樓• Mayer Brown孖士打律師行• Woo Kwan Lee & Lo胡關李羅律師行• Wong & Poon王潘律師行

  • RAO means the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Regulated Activities) Order 2001 (SI 2001/544);

  • DA or ‘Dubai Airports’ means Dubai Airports Corporation;

  • FA , followed by a year, means the Finance Act of that year;

  • CAO means the Chief Administrative Officer of the Municipality;

  • OJEU Notice means the contract notice published in the Official Journal of the European Union.

  • Panchayat means an institution (by whatever name called) of self-government constituted under article 243B, for the rural areas;

  • CI means carbon intensity.

  • Short-rotation coppice means a specific management regime whereby the poles of trees are cut every one to two years and which is aimed at producing biomass for energy. It is exempt from the UK government timber procurement policy requirements and falls under agricultural regulation and supervision rather than forestry. The exemption only refers to short-rotation coppice, and not 'conventional' coppice which is forest management and therefore subject to the timber policy.

  • SI means the abbreviation for the International System of Units.

  • Draft Red Xxxxxxx Prospectus means the draft red xxxxxxx prospectus dated June 12, 2023 issued in accordance with the SEBI ICDR Regulations, which does not contain complete particulars of the price at which the Equity Shares will be Allotted and the size of the Offer, including any addenda or corrigenda thereto;

  • WADA means the World Anti-Doping Agency.

  • Handgun means a firearm of any description, loaded or unloaded, from which any shot, bullet, or other missile can be discharged by an action of an explosive where the length of the barrel, not including any revolving, detachable, or magazine breech, does not exceed 12 inches; provided, however, that the term "handgun" shall not include a gun which discharges a single shot of .46 centimeters or less in diameter.

  • HOD means the Head of the Department concerned.

  • Public Xxxxxx shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 10.01(f).

  • LDA means a geographic area within the PJM Region that has limited transmission capability to import capacity to satisfy such area’s reliability requirement, as determined by the Office of the Interconnection in connection with preparation of the Regional Transmission Expansion Plan, and as specified in Reliability Assurance Agreement, Schedule 10.1.

  • Lacquer means a clear or opaque wood coating, including clear lacquer sanding sealers, formulated with cellulosic or synthetic resins to dry by evaporation without chemical reaction and to provide a solid, protective film.
