Tender Subject Matter definition

Tender Subject Matter means the Tender Subject Matter, set out in Part II of the Tender Documents, to be performed and/or supplied by the Contractor under the Contract;
Tender Subject Matter means the Tender Subject Matter to be performed and / or supplied by the Contractor under the Contract; the specifications for which are set out in Part II (Tenderer Subject Matter) of the Tender Documents; “Tender Submission” means, in relation to a Tenderer, the completed tender (including Tenderer’s Schedules) submitted by the Tenderer to the Authority under the Tenderer’s Offer to be Bound; "Tenderer" means the person, firm or company who submits a Tender Submission under this Tender; “Term” has the meaning given in Part II (Tender Subject Matter); “Total Contract Value” has the meaning given in Part II (Tender Subject Matter); and “WTO GPA” means the Agreement on Government Procurement of the World Trade Organisation.

Related to Tender Subject Matter

  • Litigation means any action, suit or proceeding before any court, mediator, arbitrator or Governmental Authority.

  • Official proceeding means any proceeding before a legislative, judicial, administrative, or other governmental agency or official authorized to take evidence under oath and includes any proceeding before a referee, hearing examiner, commissioner, notary, or other person taking testimony or a deposition in connection with an official proceeding.

  • Competent Court of Law means any court or tribunal or any similar judicial or quasi- judicial body in India that has jurisdiction to adjudicate upon issues relating to this Agreement;

  • Environmental justice means the fair treatment of people of all races, cultures, and incomes with respect to the development, adoption, implementation, and enforcement of environmental laws, regulations, and policies.
