Tenure Award definition

Tenure Award means an Award hereunder of cash, shares of Common Stock, units or rights based upon, payable in, or otherwise related to, Common Stock that vests over time based upon the Participant’s continued employment with or service to the Company or its Subsidiaries.

Examples of Tenure Award in a sentence

  • Persons employed on or after January 6 are not eligible for a Tenure Award for the first year of their employment.

Related to Tenure Award

  • Performance Share Award means an Award entitling the recipient to acquire shares of Stock upon the attainment of specified Performance Goals.

  • Incentive Award means the right to receive a cash payment to the extent Performance Goals are achieved, and shall include “Annual Incentive Awards” as described in Section 10 and “Long-Term Incentive Awards” as described in Section 11.

  • Restricted Stock Unit Award means a right to receive shares of Common Stock which is granted pursuant to the terms and conditions of Section 6(b).
